Diagnostic Methods of Malignant Neoplasms

Abstract
The reduction of red blood cell count in the rabbit following the injection of sputum, pleural fluid, and vaginal discharge from cancer patients and non-malignant tumor patients as a control were examined and comparatively observed as follows.
1) With the injection of sputum from the patient of pulmonary cancer into the rabbit, the reduction of red blood cell count was observed in 100 percent in contrast with 86 percent negative in the control.
2) With the injection of pleural fluid from a patient with pulmonary cancer into the rabbit, the reduction of the red blood cell count was observed in 100 percent in contrast with 100 percent negative in the control.
3) With the injection of vaginal discharge from a patient with uterine cervical cancer into the rabbit, the reduction of the red blood cell count was observed in 100 percent in contrast with 104 percent negative in the control.
